In Kuala Lumpur’s established enclave of Taman Duta, a new residential development is being shaped by a partnership that places design at the heart of contemporary living.
BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd (BRDB), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers with more than six decades of experience, has collaborated with SPACE Group, the region’s leading curator of international luxury design, to craft the interiors of Eden Taman Duta. This landmark residential enclave is conceived around a vision of timeless, generational living.
The project marks the continuation of a relationship that began over a decade ago, when BRDB and SPACE first worked together on a Poliform interior fit-out. Since then, both entities have expanded their respective portfolios, linked by a shared commitment to design integrity and long-term quality.
BRDB has created some of Malaysia’s best-known landmarks, including Bangsar Shopping Centre, The Troika, One Menerung and Serai, while SPACE Group represents some of the world’s most distinguished furniture and interior brands including B&B Italia, Poliform, Maxalto and Baxter.
The spacious living and dining areas are designed with warm textures, elegant finishes and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, reflecting BRDB and Space Furniture’s emphasis on timeless design and elevated living.

The alignment of intent between developer and design curator positions the project within a broader shift in residential design, where homes are no longer conceived as static assets but as evolving environments shaped by their occupants.

Appointed as the interior design partner for Eden Taman Duta, SPACE meticulously curated every detail, from stone finishes and timber accents to custom wall treatments and textural palettes, to reflect the development’s nature-inspired ethos. Drawing from the world’s finest design houses, the interiors are envisioned as tranquil sanctuaries that balance sophistication with serenity.
Eden Taman Duta’s residents will also have access to SPACE Atelier, a bespoke design service that allows homeowners to personalise their interiors with guidance from the SPACE team. This extends the collaboration beyond the initial purchase into an ongoing design journey.
