Lighting trends transcend borders at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition held at China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou from 9 – 12 June 2025
In this inspiration-led series, we asked Edmund Ong and Sheena Sim, co-founders of Shed Studio, to dream up a unique interior concept using mainly items from Space Furniture. Established in 2020, Shed Studio was set up with the aim of creating homes that reflect the unique personalities of their owners. With 13 and 10 years of industry experience, respectively, the duo established their studio at Golden Mile Towers, a nod to their appreciation for old buildings.
Reinterpreted indigenous influences, strong and light elements, tall and low spaces, and abundant greenery set the stage for a relaxed holiday in the Sanya Wellness Retreat by Neri&Hu Design and Research Office.
